Our experience with Lauren as our wedding minister exceeded all of our expectations. We decided to elope, and Lauren really listened to the kind of vows we wanted to recite at our wedding. She gave us vows that really fit what we wanted to say to each other.
She was so warm and kind from the moment we met her the morning of our wedding. At one moment during the ceremony, I became a little emotional and Lauren, in her kind and gentle way, just touched my arm. It was a simple gesture but it was so loving and made me feel so good.
We would definitely recommend having Lauren as a wedding minister. We will always be grateful to her for the memories of our beautiful ceremony.

My husband Mark and I were fortunate enough to have Lauren officiate our wedding in December 2009. Even though we had only met briefly the night before, we felt like we were dear, old friends. I let her know a little bit about us as a couple over email prior to our trip and from that small bit of information, she was so insightful. The vows she chose for us were simply perfect. She was even able to work in some ceremony details that I wanted. I was not sure how the details would work but she is very knowledgeable and was able to work in the details in a beautiful and meaningful way that made all of our guests feel like an important part of the ceremony. She is warm and open-hearted and made us feel so very comfortable in her presence.

On June 2nd 2009, Lauren King sent my husband and I into a blissful marriage by joining us for life in matrimony. I think all girls growing up dream and oogle over their perfect weddings to be, as did I. But when my day actually came, I had no idea just how incredible it would be, thanks to Lauren.
We had a private wedding on the beach, consisting of an amazing photographer, Liz Belfor, our 2year old son, and of course Lauren King. The bond my husband and I made that day over the vows Lauren wrote for us will be forever engraved in my heart and soul. From the first kiss as husband and wife to the signing of our marriage license, I knew this was the best decision I have ever made.
Since we received a copy of our vows from Lauren it has been so nice to share it with family and friends. I still haven't seen a dry eye from anyone who has read our vows. Today I keep my copy of our vows in my night stand next to the bed, and from time to time my husband and I reflect on our promises to each other, with open hearts. There are no words to express how thankful we are to you Lauren!
